A wrist injury saved Akbar's life

In every age there have been advisers, scholars and capable and talented people and wise personalities in various fields in the court of kings and rulers, from whom these rulers used to issue decrees only after consulting on various issues and public issues.

Speaking of the Mughal emperor Jalaluddin Akbar, Akbar’s “nine rattans” are very famous in history. These nine people were very intelligent, wise and liked Akbar because of his knowledge and perfection.

Among them was a “barbell” which has been written in the history books as an intelligent and present answer. The incident we are quoting here is attributed to Akbar and Barbal.

It is said that one day the king was peeling an apple with a knife. A twist and the tip of a knife hit his wrist and he was injured. Thanksgiving came out of Barbel’s mouth.

The king looked at him angrily and said, “I am wounded and you are giving thanks.”

Barbel replied, “Holy Prophet, I have heard from the elders that a small trouble saves a person from a big trouble.” Your wrist is injured, I think God has saved you from a big trouble.

The king did not understand this. He imprisoned Barbel and went hunting the next day. While hunting, he and a few of his courtiers broke away from their army and fell into the hands of the savages of a tribe in the forest.

They decided to sacrifice Akbar and his companions to their goddess. After taking off the necks of the courtiers, when it was Akbar’s turn to tie a bandage on his wrist, when the chief of the tribe found out that Akbar was injured, he shook his head in frustration and let him go. “We cannot offer any wounded sacrifice to the goddess,” Sardar said.

It is said that Akbar’s life was saved and then he remembered Barbal’s words. When he returned, he got Barbel out of prison and apologized to him.
