Pakistani medalist Mahesh Hayat, who won the medal of distinction, admitted his mistake in sharing the wrong poem attributed to the poet Allama Iqbal on Twitter.
Recently, Mahesh Hayat shared a photo of herself on the social networking site Twitter and while sharing that photo, the actress wrote some poems of Muhammad Ismail Al-Karkhi Nadvi's poetry, but Mahesh Hayat mistakenly included these poems in her tweet. The poet of the East was attributed to Allama Iqbal.
Every glass is broken by a stone blow
Let the stone be broken, find that glass.
Everyone is burning in the fire of enmity
Put out that fire, find that water ...
Centuries have passed since your prostrations
Change the world, find that prostration!

After this tweet of the actress, criticism started from Twitter users, after which Mahesh Hayat has released a statement on Twitter admitting his mistake.
The statement issued by the actress said, "I was credibly informed that the poems I attributed to Allama Iqbal were in fact Muhammad Ismail's."
"This proves that Google does not always provide accurate information," she wrote.
Correction, I have been reliably informed that these verses attributed to Allama Iqbal are in fact by Muhammed Ismail. Proves google is not always a reliable source. lol
