Faysal Qureshi Shared How Life Goes In Ramzan







Faisal Qureshi is one of the most dedicated, noteworthy and stupendous Pakistani actors who is reigning on the television screens since 1985 when he was a little child. The performances he has given one after another in these years can never be unappreciated or disregarded. Other than an actor he is also a considerable host who knows how to grasp the attention of viewers for which he is also awarded Best Host Award a number of times. He is currently serving as a CLF Goodwill Ambassador by the Children’s Literature Festival He was born on 26th October 1973 in Lahore where he grew up. Currently, he resides in Karachi with his family. He holds the degree of Graduation that he attained during his Showbiz career. He was born to Abid Qureshi and Afshan Qureshi (popular film and television actress). His uncle Riffat Qureshi was a sound specialist during the ’60s and ’70s while his wife Rozina was a famous film actress of ’60s. She was a famous heroin of Urdu films but she has also acted in Punjabi films. Her name was “Ivy”. Faysal got married at the age of 18 for the first time but unfortunately, both parted their ways after 8 years of marriage. In between 8 years the couple blessed with a daughter Hanish Qureshi. After a few years he again got married and once again the marriage became unsuccessful. In 2010 he got married to Sana Faysal and is living a blessed life. The couple has a daughter Aayat Qureshi. He has been a part of a number of successful television series where he proved that he is undoubtedly a legend. He made his debut on a small screen as a child artist in drama serial ‘Andhera Ujala’ of PTV. The serial that gave him hype was ‘Boota from Toba Tek Singh’ where he gave his first performance as a lead role for which he received immense appreciation and acknowledgment. The cast includes Maria Wasti, Babar Ali, Mahmood Aslam and Khalil ul Rehman Qamar. Few of his wonder serials incorporate ‘Man o Salwa’ starring Resham, Noman Ijaz, Imran Abbas and Ayesha Khan, ‘Meri Zaat Zara e Benishan’ starring Summiya Mumtaz, Adnan Siddiqui, Imran Abbas and Sarwat Gillani, ‘Qaid e Tanhai’ opposite Savera Nadeem, Saba Hameed, Syed Jibran and Neelum Munir, ‘Main Abdul Qadir Hoon’ starring Fahad Mustafa, Aamina Sheikh, Alishba Yousaf and Asf Raza Mir, ‘Bashar Momin’ opposite Ushna Shah, Sami Khan, Maheen Rizvi and Jinaan Hussain, ‘Rang Laaga’ starring Neelum Munir, Saima Noor and Saboor Ali, ‘Haiwan’ opposite Wahaj Ali, Savera Nadeem, Iffat Umar and Sanam Chaudhry and many other notable serials. He made his big-screen debut in 1992 in the movie ‘Saza’. He has been a part of a number of films till now but unfortunately, his all movies didn’t earn well at the box office due to which he made his ultimate focus on a small screen. However, he is again making his way towards the big screen and announced his film ‘Sorry: The love story’ opposite Zahid Ahmad, Aamina Sheikh and Faryal Mehmood. He is also co-producing the movie. He also hosted the reality show ‘Hero Banney Ki Tarang’ and the morning show ‘Muskurati Morning’ on TVOne Global along with Ayesha Khalid. He remained the part of ‘Salam Zindagi’ for many years along with Faizan Sheikh and Adi on ARY Zindagi.
